GORDON KELLER
Has worked as a Geotechnical Engineer and Project or Program Manager for the U.S. Forest Service since 1972. He received a BS in Civil Engineering from UCLA in 1968, served as an officer in the U.S. Navy, and then received a MS in Geotechnical Engineering from University of California, Berkeley. Professional experience has included extensive work with roads, slope stability, retaining structures, foundations, subsurface investigations, quarry location and development, highway materials and stabilization, surface and subsurface drainage, groundwater and sanitary systems development, erosion control measures, mine reclamation, watershed restoration, work with bridges and dam design and repairs, Storm Damage Repair work, and currently considerable rural roads Best Practices training internationally, typically in Spanish.
