The Extension Centre and Crowne Plaza Hotel are both located at Avenida Libertador Bernardo O'Higgins, also called “Alameda”, which is the main avenue in Santiago, crossing the city from east to west at walking distance from the Crowne Plaza Hotel, Santiago administrative centre, restaurants, commerce, banks and alternative accommodation. It is accessible through subway, taxi and public buses.

The Conference site can be conveniently accessed by subway, known as “Metro de Santiago”, through Line 1 “Universidad Católica” station. The service runs from 5:40 to 23:00 on weekdays, from 6:30 to 23:00 on Saturdays and from 8:00 to 22:00 on Sundays and holidays. A map of the Metro network can be accessed on www.metrosantiago.cl
By car, the best way to access the conference site from the airport is to take the Costanera Norte Highway, take exit 17 “Mercado Central” and then follow the signs to “Avenida Libertador Bernardo O'Higgins Oriente”, alternatively called as “Alameda Oriente”. The public bus service in Santiago, will take you to almost every destination in the city. It runs frequently through Avenida Libertador Bernardo O'Higgins or “Alameda” at walking distance from the Crowne Plaza Hotel and Extension Center.
